What do I need to request access?
Your company name, contact details and address. Add your VAT ID if your company has one. We need it so that companies in the EU outside Germany can order without VAT.
I had an account in the old B2B store. What now?
If you ordered at least once, your account has moved to the new B2B Store. Log in with the same email address, you'll get a one-time code. If you never ordered, please request access with the form.
Do I pay VAT?
Prices are net. VAT is added at checkout. Companies in the EU outside Germany with a valid VAT ID don't pay VAT.
Can I still use my voucher from the old B2B store?
Enter the code without hyphens. If it doesn't work, please contact our customer service.
