Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery, the items in your shopping cart, and the weight, and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy: 1-4 business days

Other countries: 3-6 business days

Important Note for Customers outside the EU

Additional costs (e.g., import sales tax, customs duties or processing fees) may be incurred when importing goods into a country outside the EU. These are charged by the local authorities or the responsible shipping service provider and must be paid by the recipient. VAT will therefore not be charged when placing an order.

Terms of Delivery

The delivery is usually carried out by DHL or DPD. If you order before 10 am on workdays, we will ship your parcel on the same day provided the desired items are in stock.
