Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery, the items in your shopping cart, and the weight, and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy: 1-4 business days

Other countries: 3-6 business days

Shipping outside the EU 

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, all import duties, import taxes (e.g. import VAT/sales tax) and customs processing fees are included in the price shown at checkout and are paid by us. No additional costs will be charged to the recipient upon delivery. As the goods are exported from the EU, German VAT will not be charged on your order.

Terms of Delivery

The delivery is usually carried out by DHL or DPD. If you order before 10 am on workdays, we will ship your parcel on the same day provided the desired items are in stock.
